TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR QUALIFIED RETAILERS

 Payment Terms: irst time orders require either full payment in advance or will be sent C.O.D. Subsequent orders will be sent Net 30 with approved credit references. A monthly service charge of 1.5% will be applied for each month or fraction for payments made after 30 days.

Minimum Order: A minimum order of $300 is required for initial orders from retail stores. No minimum is required for reorders.

Shipping: Prices F.O.B. Portland, OR. Freight costs paid by the buyer. Orders shipped Fed Ex Ground unless otherwise requested. A $5 charge will be applied to all drop shipments. Delivery times are normally 2-4 weeks. Delia is not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees resulting from shipments to foreign countries.

Returns: Returns will not be accepted without approval from Delia, inc. and are for repair or replacement only.

Revisions: Terms and prices are subject to revision with notice.
