You cannot return it because you "don't like it". All of our work is handmade and the variations in texture, color, finish and small size alterations are part of the work's appeal and value. Damages: You must report all damaged items within 7 days of receipt. If you do not we cannot replace or repair. This is because UPS and other carriers will not refund our insurance unless we initiate a claim promptly. Delia has shipped thousands of orders and we rarely have damages because we are packing 'maniacs'. Shipping: Prices F.O.B. Portland, OR. Delia online retail prices include all shipping and handling costs. Prices shown are only for domestic U.S.A. shipments. Please contact us for orders to Hawaii and Alaska. International Orders: Delia ships to international destinations. Please call for individual quotes. You, the customer, are responsible for all duties and taxes.
